The River Trails Park District is located at the Marvin Weiss Community Center, 1500 E. Euclid Ave., Mount Prospect. Some programs are also held at 1313 Burning Bush Lane in Mount Prospect. Mommy and Me Valentine Tea: Moms and grandmas make it a special day; bring your child or grandchild to Rob Roy for a tea party from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday. We'll make a fun craft and enjoy small sandwiches, pastries, tea, coffee, games and punch. All "little ladies and young men" are encouraged to wear their Sunday best for a fun fashion show. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Preregistration required. Held at the Weiss Community Center 1500 E. Euclid Ave., Mount Prospect. Open to ages 2 through 7 with mom or grandma. Fees: residents, $7; nonresidents, $8.40.

Daddy/Princess Dance: Dads treat your little princess to an evening of enchantment with dancing, games and special time spent with you from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Weiss Community Center 1500 E Euclid Ave, Mount Prospect. Princesses can dress up in their favorite princess costume. A light, non-messy snack will be provided along with a take-home goody bag for all princesses. Preregistration required by Friday. Open to ages 2 through 12. Fees: residents, $10; nonresidents, $12.

Valentine Family Bingo: Bring the whole family for bingo from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Weiss Community Center, 1500 E Euclid Ave., Mount Prospect. Game is played with pictures instead of numbers so even the youngest can play. Pizza and pop will be served. Open to ages 2 and up. Fees: residents, $5; nonresidents, $6.

Family Fun Nights: Family Fun Night will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Weiss Community Center, 1500 E. Euclid Ave, Mount Prospect.. Play some hoops with dad or ping pong with mom or pick a board game that everyone can play.

Pizza and pop included. All children must be accompanied by a parent. Pre-registration required one week prior to program start. Open to ages 1 and older.
