Crystal Lake retail store opens

CRYSTAL LAKE - DermMania "Dr. Recommended Beauty" is celebrating the grand opening of its retail store at 5899 Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake on Friday, Dec. 18. The store will open its doors from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Skincare specialists and makeup artists will provide complimentary services and answer questions throughout the day. The first 100 people to arrive will be greeted with a free gift, and all guests will have a chance to win a gift basket. Lisa Ryan, DermMania founder and owner, has lived in Crystal Lake for more than 20 years. Ryan is an aesthetician and beauty expert who has worked for Estee Lauder, Christian Dior and Laura Mercier.
