Tell Obama it's time to get to work

I sit here EVERY DAY watching the news, reading the papers, and it makes me wonder. Am I wrong in thinking that the presidential campaign is over? I thought it was over last November, once the ballots were tallied. I could be wrong, but why do we have a president who feels the need to spend LOTS of OUR money for political campaigning. Yes I understand that he's a rock star, and that EVERYONE on the left gets all warm and squishy inside when they have been "Obamaized" ... but good grief, people ... what about fiscal responsibility?

I can see making an appearance via Webcam, or with the news media at the White House. Sure, he can support anyone he wants. That isn't my issue. My issue is that Obama is spending MY money, and YOUR money, to back politicians in states that we do not reside in, INSTEAD of doing the job HE was ELECTED to. He is too busy with his rock-star-loving, swooning fans who only tell him what he WANTS to hear. He turns his back on ANYONE with dissenting points of view, and then turns his attack dogs on those organizations that don't give him a free pass.

Mr. President, where is YOUR commitment to US? I didn't vote for you, and I'm not thrilled you're in the White House, but you are my president as much as you are the president of the liberals. Where is the accountability? Why are we as a nation allowing this man to waste HUGE amounts of money flying all over the place so that he can smile and chat it up with his swooning fans?

The even bigger issue is this: Exactly WHO is running the country? Obama is too busy campaigning to actually run the country. Being the President DOES require some time IN the White House. You know, that REALLY big house at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave (not sure he actually remembers where it is). With him out and about moving from one event to another, WHO is running the country? Mr. Biden, the GaffMaster? That makes me feel pretty darned uneasy. The man can't open his mouth without putting his foot in it.

When do we get a president? When does the campaigning stop?
