Scouting report Riding the momentum of last year's upset playoff win over Foreman, the Dukes aim to make a run for the Silver title. Three starters return led by Sullivan, who Biancalana believes may be the best player in the conference. The third-year starter, who averaged 15 points as a sophomore, is attracting Division I college interest. Fendley, a terrific shooter, and Kahovec, a third-year point guard who will miss the start of the season due to a lingering football injury, also return. York lost seven games last year when it led in the final 30 seconds. With an experienced group coming off a 70-game summer, the Dukes plan to finish strong. "I think we can win the conference, and that's the way we'll approach the season," Biancalana said.
