GOP wrong on health care

I was watching CSPAN on Nov. 7 listening to the lies the Republicans kept repeating about this health care reform bill. I moved to McHenry County four years ago and the only downside to the move was having a representative like Don Manzullo. I have to hand it to him, however. He has somehow managed to get the people in this district to vote against their own best interest.

I can't wait to vote Manzullo out next election year. While Manzullo's health insurance is paid for with our tax dollars, he refuses to grant the same excellent health insurance for his constituents. Shame on him.

If people would begin to start voting for all issues and not just the abortion issue, then all citizens would be better off. I hope we see a change in this district soon.

Republicans voted down Medicare, too, remember. And they used the same war drum then that they are using now, "socialism." Socialism seems fine when it comes to Congress' health care, but no good for the citizens of this great country.
