Prospect HS homecoming parade this afternoon

The Prospect High School Homecoming parade will march through the streets of Mount Prospect Thursday afternoon.

Starting at 5:30 p.m. today, Oct. 8, at Meadows Pool, 100 W. Gregory St., the parade will travel west on Gregory Street to Forest Avenue, and north on Forest to the school, where it will enter the track area through the back gate of the parking lot.

The Mount Prospect police and fire departments will join the school's color guard, 35 clubs and the Marching Knights.

The varsity Homecoming football game will be played at 7:30 p.m. Friday against Elk Grove.
