Manning poised to tie another passing record

INDIANAPOLIS -- It's another game and another record-chasing quest for Peyton Manning this week.

After opening the season with another 5-0 start and a franchise record five straight 300-yard games, the Colts quarterback heads to St. Louis needing one more 300-yard game to match the longest streak in league history. Steve Young, Rich Gannon and Kurt Warner have all had six straight 300-yard games.

For Manning, this has become commonplace this season. He's already moved into third on the NFL's career list for touchdown passes, broken John Unitas' franchise record for wins and is off to the best start of his career.
