Staffing firm signs intent letter

OAKBROOK TERRACE - General Employment Enterprises Inc. signed a letter of intent with WTS Acquisition Corp. to purchase 100 percent of the capital stock of On-Site Services Inc.

On-Site is a temporary staffing and payroll services company with annual revenues of approximately $10 million.
