Mount Prospect teen charged with child solicitation
A Mount Prospect teenager was being held on a $75,000 bond Saturday after police say he tried to get a 3-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him.
Luis Pucheta-Bustamante, 18, of 1900 bock of West Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, was charged with indecent solicitation of a child, a felony, on Saturday in the Rolling Meadows bond court.
According to Assistant State's Attorney Lesley Gool, Pucheta-Bustamante asked the girl's 20-year-old sister to tell her to perform the act, or else he would make her do it himself.
Pucheta-Bustamante allegedly continued with a series of sexual threats that persisted until the police arrived at the site of the incident in Arlington Heights, according to police.
Cook County Judge Thomas Roti ordered him held on a $75,000 bond, adding that if he did post bail he must avoid all contact with children. He was ordered to appear in court Sept. 2.
