Attempt at World Record in Schaumburg March 18

Comedy golf entertainer Brad Weston will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for keeping a golf ball in the air by bouncing it on the face of a single golf club at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 18, at the PGA Tour Superstore, 1319 E. Golf Road in Schaumburg.

The current record, set in January 2010 in New York, is one hour and 20 minutes.

Weston said he's been training for four years for this attempt.

The event is free and open to the public. Other golf-related activities are scheduled at the store.
