Molex driving green

Lisle-based Molex Inc. said 200 of its U.S.-based fleet drivers have completed GreenDriver's online training and certification program. The company says its sales and marketing teams drive about 3.7 million miles a year, burning around 260,000 gallons of fuel. By completing the program, Molex expects to reduce fuel use by at least 10 percent, which equates to approximately 26,000 gallons of fuel and 230 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually.
