Area real estate auctions give bidders rare opportunity
Rick Levin & Associates will soon conduct four auctions of 135 area residential properties, including single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses and rowhomes in Chicago, Grayslake, Libertyville, Lombard, Mount Prospect and Schiller Park.
Levin, a Chicago-based real estate auction marketing firm, will also offer a homesite in Lincolnshire and a vacant parcel in Chicago.
The auctions are developer closeouts and lender-owned foreclosed auctions. Most properties are new construction.
