Posies in the potty belong indoors
I am afraid that Lakemoor resident Tina Asmus, who has planters consisting of old toilets in her yard, is operating under the umbrella of confusion.
Perhaps she has failed to realize that the term is potted plants, not pottying plants.
If she considers her "artsy planters" to be so wonderful, may I suggest that she relocate them into her living room where she can enjoy them all year round regardless of the weather, and thus spare her neighbors from having to look at these eyesores.
