Goodman figure seems exaggerated
On the Oct. 18 Opinion Page, Ellen Goodman's column stated: "one of out of every three American women has had an abortion by the time she's 45."
Where did these figures come from? They sound way way out of line.
I realize you are not responsible for the information in the column, but how can she can be called to back up her statements?
The head of your Opinion page says the aim of the Herald is "to tell the truth." How do you handle this situation?
