Police find armed robbery suspect in jail

Wheaton police didn't have to look too hard for an attempted armed robbery suspect. Juan Marin was already behind bars at the DuPage County jail in Wheaton on unrelated charges. The 20-year-old from West Chicago had been in jail on theft charges stemming from a case out of his hometown since May 8. Police said Marin is responsible for the attempted armed robbery of a convenience store in Wheaton on April 20. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
