Today's faceoff
Blackhawks vs. Detroit Red Wings at the United Center, 2 p.m.
At a glance: It's another critical game for the Hawks, who watched a 3-0 lead Friday night disappear in a matter of minutes before battling back for a 4-3 overtime win, cutting Detroit's series lead to 2-1. The Hawks may have to go for the series tie today without the services of leading scorer Martin Havlat and No. 1 goalie Nikolai Khabibulin, both of whom left Friday's game nursing injuries.
Next: Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals at Joe Louis Arena, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
