Details of Stephen Daeschner's contract with the Greater Clark County Schools system:

• Contract runs through June 30, 2012, with option to renew for two one-year periods

• Salary: $225,000 a year (260 working days)

• 20 days vacation after one year

• $1,500 per month for up to 24 months while he attempts to sell his home in District 204 at "fair market value"

• Reimbursement for "reasonable and actual moving and relocation expenses"

• Automobile and all operating expenses for official and reasonable use

• Family health and dental insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance and group term life insurance

• No penalty if Daeschner chooses to end his contract early
