Naperville attorney Fred A. Spitzzeri recently announced he is running in the March 2010 Republican primary for DuPage County circuit judge. Spitzzeri has his own civil practice and is a Naperville Township trustee. The 22-year attorney also is past president of the DuPage County Bar Association.
