Oh, almighty President Obama and Governor Quinn: How does this Porkulus Package work? Let me see, we get a little extra in our checks from the feds, and then we'll just turn it over to the state for the higher state income taxes. This sounds like a typical Democrat plan. Hey, at least I didn't vote for this craziness.
