Mongo making Carpentersville appearance

Former Bears great Steve McMichael will be signing autographs from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce's Business and Home Expo.

The expo is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Liberty Elementary School, at Miller and Huntley roads in Carpentersville.

There are more than 70 businesses represented at the expo, which is free and open to the public.

There will be door prizes and fun activities for the kids.
