New chapter as senior center transitions to Vernon Hills Senior Club

Adults 55 and older are reminded that the Vernon Hills Park District through an intergovernmental agreement has assumed management of the village’s senior center.

The vision is for a place where adults 55 and older can connect, stay active, learn and enjoy time together. Familiar programs, activities and traditions continue but new programs, events, trip and experiences designed to expand social connections, recreation and community involvement are being developed.
