Rose Parade
On Sunday, the annual Rose Parade, organized by the Roselle Chamber of Commerce and Industry, marks its 65th year. With the Presidents Cup golf tournament coming to town later this year, this year’s parade theme is “Swing Into Summer.”
It will step off at 2 p.m. at Turner Park, Devon Avenue and Roselle Road. It heads south on Roselle Road to East Thorndale Avenue, heading east on Thorndale, then south on Prospect Street to Irving Park Road, ending at Maple Avenue.
Participating parade entries will be judged for the Mayor's Cup and awarded for the units that best represent this year's parade theme. One community group and one business are recognized each year.
