Schaumburg to hold Community Blood Drive May 14

The village of Schaumburg encourages the public to participate in the next Community Blood Drive from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 1320 W. Schaumburg Road.

Participants should call 1-877-25VITAL (1-877-258-4825) or register online at vitalant.org and use sponsor code ORD0SH98. Appointments are highly recommended to reduce wait times but walk-ins are welcome.

Donors will receive a T-shirt and two Schaumburg Boomers ticket vouchers. All donors will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $25 Home Depot gift card.
