Schaumburg Township Historical Society bus tour to visit local sculptures April 18

The Schaumburg Township Historical Society is planning another bus tour this spring to discover the many sculptures that reside in neighborhoods.

It’s the first time the many sculptures have been researched and brought together in a travel booklet and map to guide the community and visitors to these wonderful treasures.

Join the bus tour from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday April 18. Two buses will leave from and return to the township building at 1 Illinois Blvd. in Hoffman Estates. Most sites will be viewed from the bus, but two will require a small amount of walking.

Tickets will be available from March 18 to April 15. Use a credit card to obtain tickets by visiting the site below.

Tickets cost $25 and are for those 16 and older. No refunds will be given.
