Fox River Grove man charges for exploitation, solicitation of two minors
A Fox River Grove man is facing charges of solicitation and sexual exploitation after being accused of illicitly engaging with two minors on social media.
Dustin J. Dunn, 30, of the 100 block of Spring Street, was charged by the Kane County state’s attorney’s office with multiple counts of soliciting and possessing child sexual abuse videos and photographs, indecent solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child.
In a press release, the state’s attorney’s office said that on multiple occasions between Sept. 17, 2025, and Jan. 28, 2026, Dunn used a social media app to solicit illicit videos and photographs from two minors who he knew or should have known were under 18.
Authorities said Dunn also exposed himself to each minor on live video chat and solicited them to undress and perform sexual acts on camera.
Dunn is currently in the Kane County jail. His pretrial detention hearing is set for Friday, March 6.
