Schaumburg mayor to deliver State of the Village before business community Jan. 21

Schaumburg Mayor Tom Dailly will deliver his 2026 State of the Village address before a breakfast gathering of the Schaumburg Business Association Wednesday, Jan. 21.

The event in the East Salon of the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel at 1551 N. Thoreau Drive will allow attendees to enjoy a morning celebrating the numerous successes of 2025 and getting a direct forecast on Schaumburg in 2026 as the village celebrates its 70th anniversary.

The breakfast and State of the Village address runs from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Admission is $45 for SBA members and $65 for non-members. Registration can be made online at schaumburgbusiness.com.

Though the village will be launching a new Speaker’s Bureau community engagement series in the new year to explain how particular aspects of local government work, the State of the Village is an opportunity to hear about what’s made 2025 and 2026 unique.
