Learn about different missions at Gary UMC in Wheaton

During the month of January, Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton will highlight some of the missions the congregation supports. The adult education series, “Love in Mission” will feature the People’s Resource Center, Educate a Girl/Change the World, South Sudan Voices of Hope and Outreach.

Each of these missions will share how they’re demonstrating courageous love and explain how you can get involved. The series will run Jan. 11-25 at 10:10 a.m.

The church at 224 N. Main St. celebrated deep roots in the community since 1853. Gary Church has vibrant music, kids, youth and adult ministries, plus opportunities for local, national and global missions. The church offers worship at 9 and 11:11 a.m. In-between services, there’s Sunday school for all ages, a coffee fellowship hour, plus the chapel is available for prayer and reflection.
