No injuries, but shed is destroyed, in Ingleside fire

There were no injuries reported after a shed fire on Monday in Ingleside.

The fire was reported by the homeowner around 2:30 p.m. on the 28000 block of Treetop Road, according to Fox Lake Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Ted Damos. Responding crews found the shed engulfed in flames, and some of the leaves and vegetation around the shed also on fire; they were able to extinguish the fire in about 10 minutes.

The shed was destroyed in the fire, as were some of its contents, including a golf cart and lawn equipment.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
