Club Pilates Mount Prospect hosted a child-friendly mat class at Kiddie Academy
Club Pilates and Kiddie Academy, both located in Randhurst Village, Mount Prospect, partnered to host a collaborative event that encouraged families to get active and experience the benefits of Pilates’ low-impact exercise. Children as young as 3 years old attended with their guardians for an in-classroom experience taught by Club Pilates Instructor and Regional Manager, Meghan Brickley. Families stretched, balanced, and strengthened together through a series of playful Pilates exercises tailored for all ages.
Both Club Pilates Mount Prospect and Kiddie Academy share a commitment to community engagement and lifelong wellness. The success of the event has already sparked plans for future collaborations, giving families more opportunities to connect through movement.
“We loved seeing the kids light up as they moved alongside their parents,” said a Club Pilates Mount Prospect instructor. “Pilates is about body awareness and control, but it’s also about connection. Bringing families together to share that experience was really special.”
Club Pilates Mount Prospect offers a range of classes designed for all experience levels, emphasizing mindful, low-impact exercise. Kiddie Academy of Mount Prospect provides a nurturing educational environment that focuses on learning through play, curiosity and active participation.
Together, the two organizations are demonstrating that wellness can start early, and that staying active as a family can be both fun and fulfilling.
