Gurnee Mills to expand retail mix with eight new offerings
Several new retailers offering food, entertainment and bargains will be joining the lineup at Gurnee Mills, the center announced Monday.
Eight additions to open over the next year will support continuing enhancements at the center, 6170 W. Grand Ave., and join a mix of nearly 200 stores, shops and dining options.
Besides shopping, Gurnee Mills features three restaurants and two dining pavilions as well as entertainment options including Round1 Bowling & Arcade, Top Shelf Ice Arena, Marcus Theatre and 60 to Escape.
Here’s an overview of pending new offerings:
• Hangry Cluck: A Chicago-born casual franchise known for bold sandwiches like the California burger and Nashville chicken sandwich. Opening in October in the Dining Pavilion North near Entry J.
• Just Cozy: A women's apparel store designed in Canada offering leggings, tops, shorts and sweaters. Opening in September in Center Court near Entry B.
• Kako Claw: A destination for claw-machine enthusiasts. The arcade is filled with a selection of claw machines filled with exclusive prizes. First-time players to seasoned pros can enjoy challenges in a vibrant atmosphere. Opening in spring 2026 in the Macy’s wing near Entry C.
• Off the Rax: Features a collection of favorite brands including Ann Taylor, Chico’s, Lane Bryant, LOFT and others at discounted prices. The retailer is female-founded and led by the KnitWell Group. Opening in November near Entry B.
• Pretty Pretty Print Press: An Illinois-based mom-and-pop shop offering durable bags and innovative 3D printed products designed to brighten everyday life. Opening in September in the Macy's wing near Entry D.
• Primark: International clothing retailer with more than 400 stores in 14 countries. The store features men's, women's and children's fashions, lingerie, beauty and home wares. Opening later in 2025 in Center Court near Entry B.
• Sky Zone: The originator of the trampoline park and a leader in indoor active entertainment with a variety of attractions designed for families. Memberships, birthday party packages, group events and single-visits are available. This location will feature multiple private party rooms for celebrations and a Fuel Zone with food and refreshments. Opening early 2026 near Entry J.
• Spirit Halloween: The chain has more than 1,300 stores in the U.S. and Canada offering spooky Halloween décor or costumes from infants to adults. Opening in September near Entry J.
