Toyota on Edens dealership opens in Northbrook

The Gurley Leep Automotive Family recently opened its new dealership, Toyota on Edens, at 1530 W. Frontage Road in Northbrook.

This new 51,000-square-foot facility marks the first significant investment in Illinois by the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, which includes 22 dealerships in five states.

Built from the ground up, the new dealership is designed to elevate the guest experience, offer an expanded inventory of new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles and a cutting-edge service center, according to a news release.

“We are proud to serve the Northbrook and Chicagoland communities with this state-of-the-art facility,” said Mike Leep Jr., president of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family. “We’ve built more than just a dealership, we created an environment where guests and team members alike feel valued. We’re thrilled to welcome the community to experience it.”

Toyota on Edens includes a guest-friendly showroom, customer lounges, delivery area, an expanded parts department and EV charging stations. The 30-bay service center is equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and staffed by certified Toyota technicians. Other service specialties include a high-speed car wash, three detail bays and two advanced alignment and diagnostic technology bays. The dealership also offers free Uber pickup and drop-off for service guests.
