Two North Aurora men have pleaded guilty to possession of child sexual abuse materials.
Johnny Cheng, 33, and Anthony Edens Jr., 35, each pleaded guilty on May 8 to one count of possession of child pornography, according to Kane County court records.
In exchange, Cheng and Edens accepted sentences of four days in jail and 24 months of specialized sex offender probation.
Information about Edens’ sentence was not available.
The two lived at the same address on the 1100 block of Selwyn Circle.
They were charged in October 2024 after an investigation by the Kane County Child Exploitation Unit. They were accused of possessing multiple videos that they knew depicted child sexual abuse activities.
Edens also was charged with possessing two guns without a firearm owners identification card and possession of ammunition with a FOID. Those charges were dropped as part of his plea.
