Daylong free pickleball event in Vernon Hills

Ace Pickleball Club in Vernon Hills is hosting a free community event for members and nonmembers of all skill levels from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 16.

The one-day event features complimentary breakfast and lunch, pickleball 101 clinics, a charity shot challenge with proceeds going to Placing Paws of Illinois, a raffle for a three-month membership, paddle demos and more.

StretchLab will offer stretching at no cost. Ace Pickleball is in the former Toys R Us space at 555 E. Townline Road (Route 60), Suite 1 in the Townline Commons commercial center.
