Wheaton’s Gary UMC to livestream second worship service

Starting Sunday, Feb. 23, Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton will livestream both its 9 a.m. and 11:11 a.m. worship services at garychurch.org. The church started livestreaming its 9 a.m. traditional service during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the addition of the 11:11 a.m. service, which has a more a casual atmosphere that features church musicians with familiar hymns and new songs, Gary Church is now livestreaming both services. Worship in person or at garychurch.org. A recording of each service will be posted to garychurch.org later in the day on Sundays.

Gary United Methodist Church, 224 N. Main St., Wheaton, has celebrated deep roots in the community since 1853. Gary Church has vibrant music, kids, youth and adult ministries, plus opportunities for local, national and global missions. Gary Church offers worship at 9 a.m. and 11:11 a.m. Between services, there’s Sunday School for all ages and a coffee fellowship hour, plus the chapel is available for prayer and reflection.
