‘Wheel of Fortune’ auditions this weekend at Chicago Auto Show

Calling all “Wheel” watchers: Producers of “Wheel of Fortune” will hold contestant auditions for the syndicated game show this weekend at the Chicago Auto Show.

Prospective players will have 30 seconds to wow casting directors, who are looking for personable, energetic fans to appear on the show, which airs at 6:30 p.m. weekdays on ABC 7.

Preliminary auditions take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, and 9 a.m. to noon Sunday, Feb. 9, at the main entrance gate 4 at McCormick Place, 2301 McCormick Place, Chicago. Producers will contact those who pass the first round at a later date about the next step in the casting process.
