Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates Rotary Club sets Caribbean Classic fundraiser for March 8

Recently honored as Service Organization of the Year by the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce & Industry, The Rotary Club of Schaumburg - Hoffman Estates will hold its annual Caribbean Classic fundraiser Saturday, March 8, at the Meridian Banquet & Conference Center in Rolling Meadows.

Hosted by NBC5’s Natalie Martinez, the event will feature Schaumburg Mayor Tom Dailly and Hoffman Estates Mayor Bill McLeod as honorary chairs.

The Caribbean Classic is the club’s largest fundraiser, with proceeds supporting scholarships for District 211 high school students pursuing college or trade programs, as well as grants for local nonprofits and contributions to global Rotary initiatives.

“We believe in investing in our community and creating opportunities for growth,” said Tom Gosche, Classic chair. “The Caribbean Classic allows us to raise the funds needed to make a real difference.”
