Warrenville church hosts acclaimed pianist Andrei Liquer for special recital

Andrei Liquer, a world-class concert pianist, will take the stage for a recital on Sunday, Feb. 2, at Community Baptist Church in Warrenville.

The community is invited to this free concert featuring the 31-year-old Brazilian artist and scholar. The recital will be at 2 p.m. at the church, 28W444 Main St.

He has garnered acclaim on international stages for his exceptional talent and profound musical interpretations.

His program will feature timeless works, including:

• Johann Sebastian Bach’s Prelude & Fugue in G Minor, BWV 861

• Ludwig van Beethoven’s Sonata in A-Flat Major, Op. 110

• Heitor Villa-Lobos’ Prole do Bebê no. 2

• Robert Schumann’s Kreisleriana, Op. 16

With degrees in Music Psychology and Performance and an impressive array of accolades, Liquer has delighted audiences across North and South America and Europe. His passion for music, coupled with his scholarly expertise, makes each performance an extraordinary journey of emotion and technical brilliance.

This recital also marks a moment of joy for Community Baptist Church, as they celebrate 190 years of faith and service. The congregation is deeply honored to have Liquer as the music director and conductor, enriching Sunday worship with his exceptional artistry.
