Report: Wauconda man charged in Chicago hit-and-run that critically injured woman

A Wauconda man has been charged with a hit-and-run that happened last May in Chicago and left a woman critically injured, according to a report from WGN News.

Michael Reznik, 37, was arrested Tuesday in Chicago and is facing one felony count of leaving the scene of an accident causing injury and one count of aggravated reckless driving causing bodily harm. Reznik also faces one misdemeanor charge of failing to render aid, according to the report.

He is scheduled for a detention hearing on Wednesday.
