Model train show returning to Wheaton church Oct. 5-6

St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wheaton is partnering with the Train Collectors Association Midwest Division Modular Group for the second annual model train show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, at the church, 515 S. Wheaton Ave. Admission is free for all. Park in the spacious parking lot and use the back entrance (east side).

The TCA crew will be on hand to answer questions on their electrically-powered 3-rail Lionel trains running on tracks throughout the church’s fellowship hall. Bring the whole family, come and forget your cares for a while as you watch these trains travel through precisely crafted miniature villages. Complimentary refreshments available. On Sunday, Oct. 6, you’re welcome to attend St. Paul’s worship at 9:30 a.m., too! For information on the church, visit www.stpaulwheaton.org.
