United Women in Faith host ‘Gifts & Goodies Fair’ Oct. 19

United Women in Faith’s Gifts and Goodies Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Cary United Methodist Church, 500 N. First St. in Cary. Admission is free.

It will feature handmade crafts, cards, wood crafts, one-of-a-kind gifts, and fall and Christmas decorations, as well as Norwex, Scentsy and Tastefully Simple. A basket raffle will be held.

Enjoy a “Souperb Lunch” starting at 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. or the soup runs out.

You also can join the nurture team to celebrate the Fall Faith Fest from 10 a.m. to noon for pre-kindergarten and younger elementary-aged students. There will be lawn games and crafts. Kids should dress up in their costume. There also will be a scarecrow decorating contest for the first 12 to participate. Bring the clothes, they will supply poles, fabric and the paper for stuffing.
