Huntley Area Lions Club taking orders for 23rd annual Rose Day Sale

The Huntley Area Lions Club is now taking orders for its 23rd annual Rose Day Sale in time for Sweetest Day on Oct. 19.

You can make the day extra special for those you care about by calling Lion Jim Graves at (847) 515-3036, Lion Joe Render at (847) 890-8881, or any Lions member to order your roses.

The proceeds will be used for local projects, such as eyeglasses for the needy, “Shop with a Cop” program, Grafton Food Pantry, Camp Lions for blind and deaf children, Huntley Area Public Library, and other programs for the youth and the needy.

The roses will be delivered on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 18-19. The cost is $15 per dozen, delivered to your door.
