Forward Focus Concierge Medicine opens second location at 1622 Willow Road, Northfield

Forward Focus Concierge Medicine, a pioneer in concierge medicine on the North Shore, opens a second location at 1622 Willow Road, Northfield, and hosted its ribbon-cutting and grand opening on May 15.

Forward Focus Concierge Medicine is a customer-service oriented medical practice that serves as a medical home for our patients. The Forward Focus “secret sauce” is built on relationships.

The goal is to facilitate access to patients aligned with their individual expectations and priorities. This low volume model is better able to optimize communication, care-coordination, and efficiency in providing personalized medical care.

The office is a warm environment that is comfortable allowing our doctors and nurses to be effective in delivering care aligned with the highest standards possible.

The other priority is prevention and wellness. As the name Forward Focus suggests, we strive to help patients look ahead to facilitate screenings and lifestyle modification to prevent disease before there is a problem. The platform prioritizes wellness conversations as well as organizing educational opportunities, programming, and ancillary services to promote good health and wellness.
