Cicero Construction completes buildout of third Chicago area HOTWORX Fitness Studio

Cicero Construction Group, a premier general contractor specializing in commercial property renovation, announced today the completion of its third buildout of a HOTWORX Fitness Studio in the Chicago area with the opening of the new HOTWORX location at 100 N. Addison, Elmhurst, Illinois.

Previously, Cicero Construction renovated spaces in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and at 924 W. 75th St. in Naperville, Illinois, transforming both into HOTWORX studios offering top-notch facilities and equipment to members.

"As fitness trends continues to evolve, we are excited to help HOTWORX bring a totally new experience to the Elmhurst community," said Lauren Cicero, Client Development Manager for Cicero Construction Group. "The owners of all three HOTWORX studios have been a pleasure to work with."

Cicero Construction Group’s scope of work at the new Elmhurst facility included installing mechanicals (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), drywall, paint, flooring, and the building of bathrooms and a lobby, together with putting in the infrared saunas and an expansive list of exercise systems.

Like the River North and Naperville locations, the Elmhurst HOTWORX is open and staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It offers members a variety of virtual-instructed 30-minute Isometric (ISO) and 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts inside infrared saunas.

Semi-private sessions include Yoga, Pilates, ISO, Barre, Core, Buns, Cycle, and Thunder Row. Each session combines a powerful trio of Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise, helping members tone up, flush toxins, torch calories, and achieve the most efficient workout possible.

Along with the saunas, there is an FX Zone for general strengthening and conditioning. Members may conveniently book their workout sessions according to their busy schedules at www.hotworx.net/studio/elmhurst.
