Office Evolution brings flexible workspaces to Chicago suburbs

Office Evolution, a premier provider of flexible spaces for an evolving workforce, soon will open a new location in the heart of Chicago’s suburbs.

The office at 1350 Lake St., Suite K, in Roselle is one of several companies owned by entrepreneur Moiz Mohammed, who plans to offer an array of amenities supporting members’ business needs.

The workspace is located within a 10-minute drive of six suburbs — Hanover Park, Bloomingdale, Roselle, Schaumburg, Glendale Heights, and Streamwood — and 15-20 minutes from eight others: Elgin, Hoffman Estates, Oak Park, Lombard, Villa Park, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, and Carol Stream.

Part of the Vast Coworking Group brand of shared and flex workspace providers, Office Evolution offers unique solutions, including communal workspaces, private and virtual offices, and meeting rooms for small business startups, professionals, and remote workers. Roselle’s new Office Evolution space will have several unique features: efficient first-floor access, banquet facilities next door to host company events and a fitness center. Members also can enjoy free coffee and snacks. The building will host a monthly Happy Hour where businesses can network and promote their services.

Office Evolution is expected to begin offering flexible workspace solutions by mid-May when construction of the new building is complete.
