Gary UMC in Wheaton to offer two summer Bible camps

Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton is offering Bible camps for preschoolers through middle school this summer.

Both camps will be Monday to Thursday, June 17-20, from 9 a.m. to noon at the church, 224 N. Main St., Wheaton.

At the “Scuba Vacation Bible School,” kids entering 4-year-old preschool through fourth grade will dive into an undersea adventure where they’ll experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God.

At “Holiday BLAST Camp,” kids entering fifth grade through eighth grade will celebrate many of our favorite holidays and explore the ways to hold onto joy every day.

Register for both Bible camps at garychurch.org/registrations.

The church offers 9 and 11 a.m. Sunday worship in the sanctuary. The 9 a.m. worship is complete with Kids’ Church and nursery care, plus livestreaming and recorded worship at garychurch.org. The 11 a.m. worship has a more casual feel featuring church musicians. At 10 a.m., you can enjoy a coffee hour called “Special Blend” plus Sunday school for all ages.

With deep roots in the community since 1853, Gary Church has vibrant music, kids, youth and adult ministries, plus opportunities for local, national and global missions. For more information, go to garychurch.org or contact the church office at office@garychurch.org.
