Mount Prospect residents highly satisfied with services, survey says

Ninety-one percent of Mount Prospect residents are satisfied with the overall quality of village services, according to the results of a community survey conducted by ETC Institute of Olathe, Kansas.

Services that received a 90% satisfaction rate or higher were public safety, public works and customer service.

Residents were randomly selected to participate in the survey. The target was 400 completed surveys. ETC said it received 461 responses.
