Woodridge testing backyard chicken program

Woodridge is accepting applications for its Residential Chicken Keeping Pilot Program.

The pilot program will run through Oct. 5, 2025. An inspection of the coop is required before chickens may occupy the space. The fee is $50.

The rules and the application are available on the village’s website under “Permit Applications.”
