Career Forward event welcomes adult students

Harper College will host Career Forward, a free event for adult students seeking to restart or refresh their careers, from 5 to 7:15 p.m. April 3 at the Wojcik Conference Center, 1200 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine.

Tim Tyrell, NFL veteran and Harper alumnus, will give the keynote presentation about leadership and professional motivation.

Mini-seminars will focus on leveraging existing experience, determining career paths and creating better resumes. Harper resource experts will be available to discuss educational programs and support available for adult students.
