Get a bite or a brew at Glenview fest

Get a taste of Glenview’s food scene at the annual Bites & Brews Fest being held from 5 to 8 p.m. April 16 at The Glen Club, 2901 W. Lake Ave. in Glenview.

Now in its 10th season, this popular fest offers an opportunity to sample food from a variety of restaurants, locally brewed beers and fine wines.

On this year’s menu are: a variety of beers (provided by Joseph Mullarkey Distributors, Macushla Brewing Company, Yard House, Hangar Two); heart-warming wines (from R&J Liquors and Chicago Wine Consulting); and savory selections from a variety of Glenview restaurants, including Johnny’s Kitchen & Tap, Taco Verde, Café Lucci, Glenview Grind, The Glen Club, Social Inn, Yard House, and Forza Meats.

Tickets are $30 in advance, and $35 at the door.

Organized by the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, Bites & Brews is supported by Glenview Bank & Trust and The Glen Club.
