Simply Bee celebrates office expansion in Vernon Hills

Audrey Grunst LSCW of Simply Bee recently cut the ribbon along with business, community and others to celebrate the recent expansion of Simply Bee’s space at 175 E. Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills. Simply Bee provides comprehensive adult and adolescent mental health care through therapy, psychiatric care, movement, yoga and more.

“Everybody deserves to feel like they have a place in this world to simply bee,” Grunst said.

Vernon Hills Trustee Tom Koch and GLMV Chamber of Commerce President Scott Adams applauded their leadership providing amazing critical services to the community as a group counseling practice. Simply Bee also received the GLMV 2023 “Make A Difference” Award at the GLMV Holiday Party in December, and Grunst oversees a mental health network group in conjunction with D128 Community High School District, among other activities.

In addition to the Simply Bee team, Ribbon Cutting event attendees included GLMV Vice Chair Chris Piazzi of Mundelein Community Bank; Directors Jon Petrillo of the village of Vernon Hills, James Smith or ReMax Showcase, Tom Gottfried of The Thomas Group, and others.
